Your information stays yours.

What gets saved, and when

• Asking without an account: your conversation stays on your own device. It is not uploaded to your profile, because there isn't one yet.
• With a free account: your worries, goals, scenarios, plans, and Credit Builder progress are saved to your account.
• With CredABLE Club: you can also save accounts, balances, and documents in My Stuff, all tied to your account.

Who can see it

• You. Everything you save is visible only to the person signed in as you.
• No other users. There are no public profiles and no way for one person's information to reach another's.
• No one else in your life. Not your spouse, your family, or anyone you share a device with, unless you sign in and show them.

What we never do

• We don't sell your information. Not to lenders, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We don't share your questions or answers with other users.
• We don't ask for your bank passwords, and we never ask for your full Social Security number in a chat.
• We don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

How it's stored

• Your information lives in CredABLE's own secure backend database, tied to your account.
• Your account is protected by your password, or the sign-in method you chose when you created it.
• You can ask us to delete anything you've saved — or your whole account — any time, by emailing info@credableclub.com.

The few things that leave CredABLE

Almost nothing does. These are the only exceptions, and each one happens because you chose it:

• If you use the Pomeroy Lending mortgage referral on this site, the details you type on that form go to Pomeroy Lending so they can contact you. That is the only thing you send that leaves CredABLE, and you send it on purpose.
• If you buy a Club membership, our payment processor (Stripe) handles the payment. CredABLE sees your subscription status, not your card number.
• Affiliate links on this site go to partner sites. We may earn a commission if you open an account with them, and their privacy policies apply once you're there. We only link to partners whose products we'd point a friend to.
